Iron Wire -- the most powerful internal force training set

A special feature of the Iron Wire course in Las Vegas was using the flow method to develop internal force besides the force method. The orthodox method is the force method, but we do very well with the flow method.

When Iron Wire was first taught in our school in Finland in January 2010, we used the force method. When it was taught in Ireland in February 2012, Spain in May, and Portugal in June we also used the flow method. It was in Spain and Portugal that we found the flow method more forceful than the force method.

As there was a great demand for the Iron Wire course, it was held in Las Vegas in October 2012. By this time the flow method and the force method have become quite integrated, and about half the class found the flow method more forceful, and the other half found the force method more forceful.

The flow method is safe. There is high risk that the force method is wrongly practiced, and turns Iron Wire from a powerful internal art into an isometric exercise. For us in Shaolin Wahnam, even when we use the force method, we are quite safe because of our chi flow.
