By following the systematic training, soon course participants are able to be safe from Boxer's jabs and crosses


Some common mistakes are made by some students, like pushing an opponent’s attack too far away or to use brute strength. If one applies Taijiquan mechanics skillfully, he can deflect an opponent's powerful attack and keep himself safe from jabs and crosses.
