PRACTICING THE TRIPLE STRETCH SET
The video series here shows course participants practicing the set on their own. First, they practiced "ta chong" or "force training on stance" to develop internal force. Next they practiced techniques for combat application in the "connection" section of the set. Then they practiced combat sequences repeated in four directions.
