Moving into an opponent using a shoot-step


It is quite shocking to see that many martial artists today move in to attack their opponents with a total disregard to their own safety. Luckily for them, their opponents do not know how to exploit this advantage. But for us, irrespective of whether our opponents know, we must ensure safety first whenever we move in to attack. We may use various steps to move in, but the last step is crucial. Do you know why? And do you know how you should move in with your last step?
