TWO CRUCIAL STEPS IN STANCE TRAINING
There are two crucial steps in stance training. The first step is to get the posture right, paying particular attention to good balance and being upright (but not necessarily perpendicular). The second step is to follow the three golden rules of "relax, relax and relax".
