FROM SLOW AND GRACEFUL TO FAST AND AGILE
When we first learn how to move in stances, we perform the movements slowly so that we can learn and perform them correctly as well as generate an energy flow. When we are quite competent, we can move very fast by reducing the size and steps of the movements.
Stepping Froward | Stepping Back | Gliding Forward |
Gliding Bacl | Gliding Half-Step |
Stepping Forward | Reducing Movement-Size |
Stepping Forward | Reducing Steps | Fast Movements |
