The phenomena we see in our objective world is actually a creation of our mind
Our skin is not a boundary, and the phenomenal world is actually a creation of mind. Everything is energy. With proper training, our spirit can expand beyond our body and merge with the Cosmos.
This spiritual experience is called by various terms by different cultures. In Shaolin terms, it is called realizing Zen or Enlightenment, or a glimpse of it, and in Western terms it is a return to God. This attainment is not just intellectual, but experiential. It brings tremendous joy, peace and freedom. It is a life-changing experience.
