Generating energy flow is the essence of chi kung. It gives the participants good health, vitality and longevity. Different techniques can be employed to generate an energy flow.
After generating an energy flow, participants tap energy from the Cosmos. Then they enjoy a cosmic shower, cleansing themselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. After the session, they find the world more beautiful as they have undergone a spiritual purification.
