MOTHER PALM 5 -- TURN-BODY PALM
Only one side of Turn-Body Palm is shown in the video below. You should practice the other side too. Use 1 week for your practice, paying careful attention to stances and hand-forms. Be relaxed in your training.
You must be fluent in all the mother palms you have learnt and practiced so far. Only when you can perform your Baguazhang patterns correctly and spontaneously, should you think of using them for combat.
