The essence of chi kung training is energy flow. It is the energy flow that gives chi kung benefits, like overcoming illness, and attaining good health, vitality and longevity.
Three chi kung techniques were taught at the course. They were "lifting the Sky", "Carrying the Moon", and "Pushing Mountain".
