SAN ZHAN OF WUZUQUAN AND EXPLODING INTERNAL FORCE

Wuzuquan is famous for internal force, and San Zhan, which means "Yhree battles" and is the fundamental set of Wuzuquan, is specially known to train internal force and to explode it.
