Expanding into the Cosmos is the highest chi kung skill. It is known by different terms because of different cultures, such as attaining Enlightenment, returning to God the Holy Spirit, union with the Universal Spirit, and merging with Cosmic Reality.

However, at the course, participants just had a glimpse of Cosmic Reality. It was a spiritual awakening, and was life-changing. Grandmaster Wong led course participants back to the phenomenal world where they work and live.
