COVERING AND PRESSING IN OF SHAOLIN 36 LEG TECHNIQUES
It is very important to cover an opponent adequately before attacking him. This is the principle of safety first. This is the principle many martial artists fail to observe. If you can apply this principle well, you will remain unhurt in free sparring.
When you can successfully cover your opponent, you can press in relentlessly to attack him. Use any suitable combat sequence. Because of the low level of sparring today, which has become a generous exchange of blows, many of your opponents will be pressed against a wall. This is because they just don't have any techniques in their repertoire to defend against your pressing attack.
