Fundamental Patterns

This list is designed to act as a reminder for students of Shaolin Kung Fu from Shaolin Wahnam. It shows the names (in English and romanised Cantonese) of the fundamental patterns learned in the first 6 levels of our syllabus.

Pattern names are not rigid; sometimes there may be variations. "Double Dragons Emerge from Sea", for example, may be performed using double fists or double dragon-forms. The pattern may also be performed in other stances.
