Shi Zhan, or Practical Combat, is effective for fighting and eveloping internal force. Shi Zhan was taught by Grandmaster Wong in Lisbon, Portugal on 9th and 10th of July 2013. This video, taken from a longer video in a secret webpage, is now made public.
