AGAINST JUJITSU ELBOW LOCK

This was previously in a secret page and the technique was taught in Bern in September 2011, but it is now made public. It shows a Shaolin counter against a deadly Jujitsu elbow lock. In Shaolin Kungfu the attack is called "Tiger Leans against Wooden Door", and the defence is "Golden Bird Grips Eyebrow".
