No thoughts
Question 1
We are very fortunate that Sifu Yan Xin has passed on such great benefits and wisdom to many people.
— Sifu James Lawrence, Shaolin Wahnam England
Answer
Sifu Yan Xin is the greatest chi kung master. He just talk to a large group of people, and they recover. It is reputed that he can change the directions of missiles. He is known to have distant chi transmission.
In fact my distant chi transmission was inspired by him. I use it to save lives.
Question 2
The only time I have no thoughts is in the presence of our Grandmaster at regional or intensive courses.
Answer
It is important to have no thoughts. Indeed, the word "meditation" is badly translated. In Chinese it is called "entering Zen" or "ching jou".
In fact in our meditation there is no thoughts. Once we have thoughts, we transfer the world to its phenomenal realm.
Question 3
Chi is everywhere and is a scientific fact.
Answer
"Chi" (or energy) is everywhere. Cosmic Reality is actually "chi", and is undifferentiated.
But we experience the phenomenal realm, and see things and events differentiated because of our sense organs.

"Chi" is everywhere
Question 4
It is noted that I am teaching too fast. It is true that my keenness to pass on these arts shows in the weekly teaching. I will find the right balance, and as suggested I will teach more slowly and gradually.
Answer
Chi kung takes years. But I have to teach in a fixed time frame, and I teach fast. It is a bonus.
That is why I say that a typical student in Shaolin Wahnam takes more than 10 times than what I did in my students' days. I sometimes find that my teaching is too fast.

We experience the phenomanal realm
Question 5
Looking at my 12-week course from a fresher perspective, I put myself under pressure to fulfil that content. Perhaps I should consider an ongoing course rather than a 12-week course.
Answer
The 12-week course is made with much consideration. You can make your teaching slower.
"Lifting the Sky" can be prolonged. It takes time to learn correctly. Most people do not straighten their arms. So that they learn that chi kung takes years.
But our students learn very fast. It has become a tradition.
It is also a tradition that many people take chi kung as a gentle, physical exercise. I remember that many years ago a student who had no experience of chi kung before, tried to teach other students chi kung exercises.
He thought that performing chi kung is like performing gentle, physical exercise. The only techniques he knew were chi kung techniques, and he performed them as gentle, physical exercise.
Do you know how to make people realise that performing chi kung is different from performing gentle, physical exercise, even they use chi kung techniques? This is a serious topic.
Of course, your name will be mentioned. We have to enter into a "chi kung state of mind". That is a reason why Sifu Xan Yin is famous. I didn't know practicing chi kung is different from practicing gentle, physical exercise more than 40 years ago.
Question 6
I'll also consider more appropriate questions to discern deserving students.
Answer
Anyone who practices chi kung is doing himself a favour as health is our greatest wealth.
Practicing chi kung is one of the best things in life.
