PRACTICING AT LOWER LEVEL OF POTENTIAL
It is recommended that to avoid over-training, students of Shaolin Wahnam Institute practice at a lower level of their potential. An excellent way is not to enter too deeply into a chi kung state of mind.
Suppose your normal practice is at your potential, which is 100%. Practice at half of this potential, which will give you 50%. Practice at half of this 50%, which is about 25%. Practicing at 25% of your potential is recommended to avoid over-training.
The video here shows Grandmaster Wong practicing two exercises, "Lifting Sun and Moon" and "Lifting the Sky", at two different modes, Mode A and Mode B. It is obvious that Mode A is at a lower level.
