Hello Linda,

I'm sorry this message is a little late in arriving -- the first week back after our stay in Malaysia was a little hazy after the long flight back! But I wanted to get in touch to thank you for all your efforts.

We had our first class with Inaki yesterday and it was very apparent how much people had enjoyed the experience. The question now is, "When can we come again?"

I hope we didn't give our guides too much trouble. If you happen to be in touch with Raymond and Saruwan, please give them my regards. Anwar in Langkawi was also very kind. I'm not sure if all the people in our large group always realized just how much work went into organizing the visits and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

I think everyone would agree that staying at Cinta Sayang was a pleasure in itself, as was meeting Sifu's family for dinner. Amongst my own group, I know that the three days of chi kung classes had a very special significance for all of us and what people experienced there remains with them now, very fresh and alive.

Although the visit is over, we carry the benefits with us and I personally find that I can readily call to mind practising on the lawns of Cinta Sayang, with the sunlight filtering through that great pine tree, the breeze warm and fragrant..... beautiful!

So, thank you once again and please pass on my personal good wishes and appreciation to Sifu. I hope it won't be too long until we see each other in Cinta Sayang once again.

Best wishes,
Tony Duffy
